These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nivvi website and mobile experience (the "Platform"), operated by Navrasa Weavves Private Limited ("Nivvi", "we", "us", "our"), a company with its registered office at Techzone-4, Greater Noida West, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. By accessing or using the Platform, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account or place an order. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide to us is accurate and current.

2. Account Registration and Login

Nivvi accounts are created and accessed using a one-time password (OTP) sent to your phone number or email address — we do not use passwords. You are responsible for keeping the phone number or email linked to your account secure and for all activity that occurs through your account. Notify us immediately at navrasaweavves@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. Products, Pricing and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, fabric, and pricing accurately. Some product photography may be AI-enhanced or stylised for presentation, as noted on our product pages — actual colour, print, and finish may vary slightly from what is shown. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a product, or correct pricing or listing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or an undeliverable address. An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch, in which case any amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.

5. Payments

Payments on the Platform are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and locations, subject to a COD charge or order-value limit that may apply. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's own terms and privacy policy governing that transaction.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within India only. Estimated delivery timelines shown at checkout and on our Shipping Policy are indicative and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to courier, weather, regional, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Our approach to returns, exchanges, and refunds is set out in full in our Returns & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account; upload or transmit any harmful code; scrape, copy, or resell any part of the Platform's content without our written permission; or submit a product review or other content that is false, defamatory, obscene, or infringes another person's rights.

9. User Content and Reviews

If you submit a product review, photo, or other content to the Platform, you grant Nivvi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with promoting and operating the Platform. You remain responsible for the content you submit and confirm that you have the right to share it.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the Nivvi name, logo, text, graphics, product photography, and design — is owned by or licensed to Navrasa Weavves Private Limited and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

11. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (including our social media pages and payment gateway) that are not owned or controlled by Nivvi. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nivvi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's operation or the products sold through it, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nivvi and Navrasa Weavves Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or purchase of any product. Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nivvi, Navrasa Weavves Private Limited, and its officers and employees from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

16. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder, any complaints or concerns regarding content on the Platform may be addressed to our Grievance Officer at navrasaweavves@gmail.com or +91 8882373507.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after a change is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
