This Privacy Policy explains how Navrasa Weavves Private Limited ("Nivvi", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the Nivvi website and mobile experience (the "Platform").   • Order and shipping information: delivery address, phone number, and order history, including items purchased, order value, and delivery status.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay, our third-party payment gateway. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN — Razorpay handles this directly under its own security and privacy practices.
  • Communications: messages you send us for customer support, and any product review or feedback you submit.
  • Usage and device information: pages viewed, browser type, and similar technical data collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies, described below.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • create and manage your account, and send OTPs for login;
  • process, fulfil, and deliver your orders, including sharing necessary details with our delivery and logistics partners;
  • process payments and refunds through Razorpay;
  • send order updates, shipping notifications, and respond to customer support requests;
  • improve the Platform, our product catalogue, and your shopping experience;
  • send you offers or updates about Nivvi, where you have not opted out of such communications; and
  • comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) to keep you logged in, remember items in your cart or wishlist, and understand how the Platform is used. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some Platform features, such as staying logged in.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as necessary with:

  • Delivery and logistics partners, to fulfil and track your orders;
  • Razorpay, to process payments and refunds;
  • Service providers who help us operate the Platform (such as hosting and image/media delivery), under obligations to protect your data; and

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, or loss, consistent with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and order information for as long as your account remains active, and thereafter for as long as needed to comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes.

7. Your Rights

You may access, update, or correct your account information at any time from your Account page. You may also request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to any records we are legally required to retain, by writing to navrasaweavves@gmail.com. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time using the unsubscribe option provided, without affecting order-related notifications.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Third-Party Links

The Platform may link to third-party websites, including our social media pages and Razorpay's payment pages. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their own privacy policies.
